GL Hearn is a company which is controlled by its shareholders who work within the business. It is run by the Board of Directors listed below:

The Board devolves executive control to the Operating Board which further represents the main business units and support services:

Quality Assurance
GL Hearn have achieved and maintained BS EN ISO 9001 or equivalent since 1995.

Health & Safety
GL Hearn Group undertakes and maintains safe working practices in conformance, as a minimum, with the requirements of all relevant UK legislation and acknowledged good practice.

A structured management system, based on BS8800, is used as a means of realising this objective

Corporate Social Responsibility
GL Hearn: A Business in the Community - ProHelp is a UK network of more than 1,000 professional firms, including GL Hearn, who are committed to providing free professional advice and strategic support to voluntary and community organisations in their local area. It is the largest national provider of pro bono support in the UK.

In the past year alone, ProHelp provided over £2.3m worth of professional advice and expertise to local community groups and voluntary organisations that would not otherwise have access to these services.
