The British Heart Foundation Afan Team Challenge
October 2006
Julian Goodban, Associate Planning Director based at GL Hearn's London office, participated in the Afan Forest Team Challenge in aid of the British Heart Foundation. The challenge took place in the splendid Margam Country Park, South Wales and involved runs alongside (and in!) the Afan river, mountain biking one of the world's best mountain bike trails at Afan Forest Country Park, completing mental agility challenges, an assault course and crossing a lake, all in six hours! Julian and his team mates raised over £2,500. |

Three Peaks Challenge July 2006
David Campbell, Planning Director, and Graeme Laing, Associate Planning Director, both based in GL Hearn's Glasgow office, completed the gruelling Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for two extremely worthwhile charities: The Special Baby Care Unit at the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow and BLISS. The Challenge was successfully completed raising £5,000 shared between the two charities. |
