	GL Hearn is responsible for the property management of the Mothercare estate which comprises approximately 230 operational stores throughout the UK, together with a sublet portfolio. Working closely with Mothercare's Property, Finance and Store Operation functions our role includes general estate management, landlord and tenant, market rent valuations, rating and rates audit, service charge and insurance analysis, budgeting and the provision of an invoice authorisation and payment service in respect of all property outgoings.
