In addition to our work assessing the general condition of a property, we are also able to inspect and analyse the causes of particular defects causing concern to clients. Our work is undertaken where necessary in conjunction with specialist access such as mobile hoists and the services of specialist contractors to investigate and expose parts of a building. With our extensive contacts, we are able to advise on and recommend specialist engineers, testing laboratories and similar services in order to ensure the defect is fully analysed and repaired.
