We have acted for banks, pension funds and other suppliers of finance for property development. Our role involves assessing the proposals from the developer, commenting on practical issues regarding feasibility and also on the suitability of the developer's proposals for meeting the overall programme and proposals. We assess cost projections; work on site, proposed drawings and report at agreed stages of the scheme.

Following an initial appraisal of the element scheme, work on site is monitored and requests for finances are checked in the light of progress on site and the anticipated programme made at the outset.
