Negotiations with local authorities and consultation with other interested organisations play a major part in our planning service. We are frequently called upon to support our clients at public exhibitions and presentations of their proposals and we recognise that the strategy, tactics and timing can be as important as the content of the scheme.

We have acted for residents' groups in connection with applications for development proposals, and at large public inquiries, including one concerning a major tennis and leisure centre, and also in relation to residential proposals in conservation areas.
