** Business Rates 2010 Timetable

On 1 April 2010 new business rates liabilities will come into effect in the form of a revaluation which covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. These revaluations occur every 5 years. GL Hearn continues to lobby and represent the interests of its clients in the various consultations which take place in the lead up to the draft list being published at the end of September 2009. The clock is ticking - now is the time to look at implications of an increasingly complex tax, which can have a significant effect on your business.
