We are now able to offer a service for checking service charges on individual properties, or across entire portfolio's. We will check lease details and advise on recoverability of individual costs. Where areas of dispute are identified we will seek recovery of overpayments from landlords on your behalf.

We have already recovered significant amounts on our client's behalf. Our service is offered at a low initial fee, with recovery on an incentive fee basis, so the risk to you is very low. As service charge recoveries are invariably for closed years the monies recovered impact directly (positively) on the bottom line.
